Founded on March 9, 2025, pioneers Lalaine Zorica, Aian Jose, Joyce Roncan-Jose, and Jel Ibarbia established the center after acquiring more than a decade of experience in different institutions. Their goal is simple: to provide genuine and contextualized Applied Behavior Analysis in the Philippine setting, raise the standard of ABA through best practices, empower competent professionals to flourish personally and professionally, and address the gaps and inadequacies they observed throughout their careers.

Despite the inconsistent findings in existing research, the pioneers selected the color purple because they believed it conveys both calmness and motivation. Just as seedlings need nurturing to thrive, students need a space where they are guided and taught to grow. That is where the name of the company came from: Purple Seedlings.
